With great respect and appreciation I recommend Jan Kromer, a licensed daycare provider, for the care of infants, toddlers, and children.

As a full-time working set of parents we wanted our daughter, Riley, to be in an environment that was safe, clean, stimulating and nurturing among many other qualities. During our search we encountered many places that met our standards, but Jan’s daycare exceeded our expectations.

With great confidence, I can say I am extremely satisfied with the care Jan has provided our daughter from just 12 weeks old to her current age of 14 months. Jan is dependable and provides consistent and open communication regarding the activities and events of your child’s day. She encourages physical, psychological, and cognitive development through age appropriate activities. To name a few examples, infants are encouraged to do tummy-time, crawl on the floor, and take steps with excitement and cheer; toddlers are involved in arts, learn colors, and take on the task of counting. All infants, toddlers, and children enjoy story time and the freedom to read books on their own. Additionally, Jan provides many stimulating toys for all ages and a great outdoor area for playtime and social interaction.

Jan’s involvement with each child is sincere and compassionate. She takes great pride in her accomplishments and every child is her goal. The excitement our daughter expresses toward Jan is a true demonstration of her abilities.

I can't begin to express how pleased we've been with the care that our son has received from Jan during his time in her care, and I'm glad to share with interested parents some of the highlights.
One look at Jan's location and wonderful home environment will help parents realize that it's a great fit for daycare, and after seeing Jan work with the kids it's apparent that she's a wonderful daycare provider. As an experienced mother and daycare provider, Jan is really 'in her zone' when caring for children!

A quick look around Jan's daycare area will impress upon you her commitment to her daycare business. The kids have so much room to play, and Jan's efforts at providing a fun yet safe environment are apparent. She's worked hard to get the house, deck, and yard child-friendly, and the furniture in the kids' play area has rounded corners to allow little ones to safely explore! She's got a variety of age-appropriate toys, and the kids absolutely love playing with them!

The second thing that most stands out about Jan and the care she provides is her connection with the kids. After having Carter there for just a couple of months, it was apparent to me that she 'knew' him. She could identify his moods and react to his needs, and she truly loves to see him thriving and happy. As a working mother, knowing that my son's daycare provider cares about Carter that much makes it so much easier to leave him each day. It's also easier to leave him when I know that Jan is reinforcing in Carter behavior expectations and a knowledge of right and wrong. Though my son is still young, I've seen the results in the behavior of older children who've been in Jan's care, and I'm impressed.

Overall I've been pleased with the care provided by Jan to my son, and I'd encourage any interested parent to call Jan to learn more!
